LASER LAND LEVELERER finds application in Agricultural,
Survey and Site Mapping, and Construction. Precision land leveling is a
pre-requisite in modem agriculture. Due to the acute shortage of water in
varoius countries, land leveling becomes even more important. With the use of
AGRIPAK-LASER LAND LEVELING SYSTEM one can produce a highly plane soil surface.

TRANSMITTER: APD-LL-700
Transmitter is the heart of Laser Land Leveling System that establishes a
reference plane of light above the work area. The Beam of Light rotates 600 RPM
& covers a wad, radius 300m. It is provided along with a 3M tall tripod.
RECEIVER:
Omni-Directional device that detects the position of the laser reference plane
and transmits these signals to the Control Box. These signals are processed to
indicate the relative position of the Receiver with respect to the Laser Beam.
The Receiver is used in all machine control applications such as Land Leveling,
Drainage and Construction sites.
CONTROL BOX: This
receives and processes signals for the Receiver. The Control Box displays these
signals to indicate the blade's relative position to grade for either manual
operation or provide automatic control interfaced with the Machine's Hydraulic
Sustem. It also provide output for driving solenoid valves.
SCRAPER is
bottomless, extremely rugged, heavy duty construction soil scraper, made for
rough and hard conditions suitable for 60-90 HP tractor for automatic laser
land leveling. It has independent PTO driven hydraulic pump to operate the
hydraulic system of the scraper controlled by solenoid valve assembly.
